If no auto play box appears then use windows explorer to find the flash drive and manually start the DPFmate package. I noted that that OS was not listed and when I tried to connect to it, I couldnt. However, when I tried to format the disc, I got an error message that Windows could not complete the format. I did a search for the Digital Solutions Digital keychain and there were people that had the same exact issues but they somehow did something with a DPFMate Im not very pc literate so I didnt understand what they were referring to. There isnt even an icon at the bottom that says to safely remove hardware. I tried other suggestions to press the M button immediately but nothing.ĭoes anyone have step by step instructions (that a pc dummy.that being me) can understand Thanks in advance.
