The maintainance is always price cut and not done by a qualified person's. You have a male staff member who flirts with doctors, family members and your nurse and seniors laugh. It's those in charge of the shift making the staff do this. Your not meant to do more then 2 hours without a break on ql1 to 1 time this doesn't happen. One resident has 12 hours a day and is never watched. Smokers steal the clients cigarettes for their own needs, including seniors members. Staff are pretty warned to keep mouths shut before any inspections. A manager never stays long enough to make positive changes. Shortage of staff in their complex needs unit castle keep. Documentation has been thrown as they don't want to safeguard things. They put on a show for when faces with awards, they care little for their staff. So much goes on behind closed doors it's unreal.
